Brit brand, Ben Sherman have launched a new Liberty Print line as part of their Duke Street Foundry Collection. The collection is made in England and is only available this year to celebrate the brands 50th anniversary.
The capsule collection features three core styles, all inspired and fabricated from a traditional Liberty Paisley print fabric. A slick urban Harrington jacket (above) has been introduced with a clean, slate grey exterior that contrasts with the playful paisley print lining. The collection also features a polo shirt, and my personal favourite, the Duke Street Foundry shirt (also above). The shirt nods to the original shirt shape from the 1960’s and is constructed solely using the paisley Liberty fabric. Its not for the faint-hearted but I’m envisaging pairing it with some ripped raw denim and a bomber jacket, for a Girl in Menswear look with some serious Brit-girl edge.
