BWGHBrooklyn We Go Hard (BWGH) is one of my favourite menswear brands to come out of Paris of late. More than solely a fashion label, the duo behind the brand have christened themselves an ‘art collective’ who cater for a ‘passionate and open-minded generation’. Before you scoff the collective title, it’s worth checking out the works of their young crew of photographers, or getting your hands on a copy of their bi-annual magazine – they’re doing exciting stuff in the cultural space that marries well with their menswear.

The art collective started life with series of graphic tees featuring photos taken by Brooklyn artists – hence the nod to Manhattan’s cooler sibling. Their signature pieces are a series of sweatshirts reading “BROOKLYN PARLE FRANCAIS”, I’ve got mine on above.

If you love A.P.C, Uniforms for the Dedicated and ACNE, then you’ll appreciate BWGH’s fresh take on easy-to-wear, sportswear pieces with an urban edge. If you’re based in London you’ll find a fair few stockists in the capital, but Stockholmers are restricted to sneakersnstuff (or shopping online of course). You can expect big things from BWGH – get in on the action early.
