I can sing a Rainbow

Do you think you get to an age, where you are just too old to experiment with rainbow coloured hair?

I still have a check list of self mutilation decoration that I want to get done before I turn thirty, that includes a tattoo of a lemon (don’t ask) and piercing the solid bit of cartilage that connects my ear to my cheek. I would also love, love, love to get silvery, candy floss coloured locks. Ever since Natalie Portman gyrated through CLOSER with that pink bob, I have fantasized about painting my own barnet an equally exuberant hue of pastel pink. However, if you are a teenager, a student, or an artsy self-employed hipster type, perhaps you can bowl around in baseball caps and a multi-coloured bed head, but if you are firmly in your late 20’s with a desk job and ok, a fashion blog, can you pull it off? I’m not sure…but I’m not going to lie, I’m panicking a bit that if I don’t do it soon, I will hit 70 and will do a Jenny Joseph and be forced to “make up for the sobriety of my youth”.
