ACNE is the Scandinavian brand on everyones lips, and a brand I simply cannot get enough of. The fashion house was started in the late 90’s when co-founder Jonny Johansson created one hundred pairs of raw denim jeans with a distinctive red stitching which he distributed amongst his hip friends and family. With a base in Stockholm the brand has gone from strength to strength, exporting ultra-cool Scandinavian minimalism to a discerning global audience. These AW13 Noa silk flats are inspired by menswear slip-ons, and feature leather lining, an almond toe and a low stacked heel. With the textured slipper firmly in this season, this is the pair I have my eyes on for teaming with sleek tailoring.
