It seems like we have only just caught our breath after one much-hyped designer x high street collaboration, and then the next arrives with equal fanfare.

However, this Christmas there’s capsule collection that’s really caught my eye, and its in the realms of menswear – of course. Meet the marriage of high street favorite Topman with celebrated knitwear label Sibling.

Sibling was born in 2008 and comprises of Joe Bates, Sidney Bryan and Cozette McCreery, who aren’t in fact siblings at all. The London based trio felt that British menswear lacked humour, colour and pattern and so decided to join forces to remedy this.

Not for the fainthearted, their knitwear collections are incredibly playful, but with a heady dose of grit and edge for good measure. Even pieces that resemble leather or denim are constructed from knit, and you can guarantee that they will be injected with bold prints and bright colours. With incredible craftsmanship, Sibling are ensuring that woolen garments stay contemporary, cool and highly covetable.topmansibling3

So as its the season to pull on your most garish Christmas knit, Topman and Sibling have paired up to give us a witty take on you winter wardrobe staples. This ten piece range consists of sweaters, scarves and beanies and features antler-adorned skulls and flaming MERRY slogans.

If you’ve been lusting after Sibling’s pieces via Mr Porter, you can now swing on by the high street for a more affordable alternative.topmansibling6

You can shop the collection at Topman’s flagship store at Oxford Circus from 29th November or shop online now at
