Prints are in – well you knew that already. In the women’s wear aisles there has been no shortage of floral, Aztec and animal print, but what the ladies lines lack in my humble opinion, are the tongue and cheek, more adventurous patterns that are found in the menswear sections. Take these ASOS skinny fit shorts for example, embroided with storks they are a witty nod to the pattern trend whilst still looking sharp and tailored. I love a sophisticated short look, and when the temperatures are soaring in London town, they are a breezy alternative to the trouser.
As this is part two of my ASOS menswear series, I’m also featuring an ASOS twill shirt in red, which in a size XS fits perferctly. Less figure hugging than a lady’s shirt, it’s comfortable and sharp and there are no floppy collars to be found on this number – the button down collar hugs my tie perfectly.
What I’m wearing: ASOS skinny fit shorts, ASOS twill shirt in red, GANT Rugger stripe tie, Topshop boyfriend blazer, GANT Rugger Slip Case, Topshop sling clogs.
FREAKING LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS!!! My style has definitely evolved into more androgynous and I love anything that comes with a tie. I’m heading over to Asos right now. And I’m definitely favoriting your blog!
