Scandinavian design has really been put on the map of late, and I would be silly not to try to showcase the fantastic fashion on offer in this part of the world whilst I am living here. We’ve all heard of ACNE Studios and H&M, but the Nordics are literally overflowing with additional design talent that is less well known but of equal note. In addition to featuring my favourite menswear labels from back home, I intend to showcase Scandinavian brands (in particular Swedish) over the coming months – when in Sweden and all that.

On that note, in my last post I introduced you to fashion label WHYRED and I literally cannot get enough of this label. Today’s outfit is again head to toe them. This two piece suit is made from a gorgeous textured, fabric with a slight sheen, and it was actually a mens matching shirt and trouser combo in this material that caught my eye originally, but unfortunately the ensemble never went into production. Never mind, the women’s version is equally gorgeous and I always have trouble fitting into men’s blazers anyway! The flared skirt with soft pleats and slim-lapelled jacket are ultra feminine making for a youthful silhouette in comparison to most skirt-suits you see on the rails. I’ve been looking for a grandpa collar shirt for a while and was not expecting to find it in the format of this coquettish little number – it’s an awesome take on a traditional white shirt.DSC_1951-2DSC_2008-2DSC_2011-2DSC_2018-2Keep up to date on Bloglovin | Follow me on Instagram | Like me on Facebook
